Dr. Alatassi is the founder of Roseville Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine and brings more than 25 years of dedicated medical experience to the practice. As a foundational leader in the region's medical community, he remains deeply involved in the local sleep specialist network, ensuring his patients benefit from the latest advancements in sleep health. Today, he maintains an active, hands-on clinical practice, seeing patients daily in the office and guiding the group's mission of exceptional patient care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Alatassi loves to travel and spend quality time with his family and close friends. He is always looking for new recommendations on great places to visit during his trips to Europe.

Dr. Alam is a board-certified pulmonary and critical care physician with specialized expertise in the management of complex respiratory conditions and critically ill patients. After completing training at leading academic medical centers, Dr. Alam joined Roseville Pulmonary and Sleep to expand access to high-quality pulmonary care throughout the Macomb County region.
Dr. Alam brings a thorough, evidence-based approach to every patient encounter, with particular interest in obstructive lung disease, respiratory failure, and advanced interventional pulmonary procedures. Dr. Iliesiu joined the ranks of Roseville Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine in 2026 to meet growing community demand. He completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at UT Houston in 2015 before relocating to Michigan to be near his wife's family. He enjoys a diverse practice that includes complex respiratory care and sleep evaluations, seeing patients both in the office and for hospital consultations.
An avid enthusiast of the great Michigan outdoors, he spends his free time biking local trails and exploring nature with his four sons. Life at home is wonderfully active, and he can often be found hitting tennis balls on the courts with his boys, helping out with their soccer activities, or cheering from the stands for their swimming team.
